This video is for Gearbest/Creality Support who requested it in order to solve my problem with 3D printing using the Creality Ender-3 3D printer that I had purchased from Gearbest.com. I tried to print the test-dog.gcode provided by Creality on their SD-card but when the Ender-3 3D printer started printing, the printhead was already 1mm above the print bed surface so the filament was printed into the air instead on the bed surface. I stopped printing and tried to print the test-dog.gcode again. This time, the prinhead was 2mm above the bed surface and the filament was printed into the air instead on the bed surface. So I stopped printing again and tried to print the test-dog.gcode for the 3rd time. Now the prinhead was 3mm above the bed surface and the filament was again printed into the air. I stopped printing & turned the printer off. This clearly shows that the Z-axis control works only upwards, not downwards. The 3D printer should reset its Z-axis position by moving the prinhead down to touch the Z-axis limit switch but it has never done it automatically. If I want to bring the printhead down along the Z-axis, I have to do it by turning the Z-axis drive screw manually.
